We are very excited to bring you a new summer menu, fit for the season, in a few days. Our staff has already been experimenting with a number of ideas for summer cocktails and ended up making three delicious drinks based on some of our favorite desserts.

Now, we all have an extra stomach when it comes to desserts but if you are feeling a little full after your main course, these will satisfy your sweet tooth without blowing your belt buckle off.
Give them a try at home or join us for a drink under the midnight sun.
Bakewell Tart
This cocktail is based on a traditional British dessert made of shortcrust pastry, jam and almond crust.
Recipe:
30ml Chambord
30ml Maraschino Bols Liqueur
30ml Disaronno Amaretto
Topped with a layer of gently whipped cream and dark chocolate.
Ranga’s Espresso Martini
A dessert twist on a classic cocktail. Try this Espresso Martini with our homemade dark chocolate and orange zest syrup.

30ml Katla Vodka
30ml Orange/chocolate syrup
30ml Espresso

Banoffee Martini
A classic mix of banana and caramel flavours combined to create a refreshing cocktail.
Recipe:
30ml Karmel Stolichnaya Vodka
15ml Banana Liqueur
3cm of fresh, ripe banana
30ml cream
Banana and cocoa powder garnish
